Our Quality

TSI employs rigid documentation controls. We utilize Point-of-manufacture piece part quality control systems and In-line process quality control systems. TSI performs final product quality audits as well as on-going reliability and life testing of all products in production. Customer audits are always welcome.

Our Engineering

TSI Manufactring LLC. has a strong product development and engineering staff dedicated to supporting our OEM customers and our own product development requirements.

Product development includes software created with SolidWorks and Pro-E, as well as rapid prototyping capabilities and fully functional ‘looks-like/works-like’ prototypes.
